I chose this topic because soccer is my favorite sport, and I believe that this is a big topic that a lot of people ask their selves that watch the World Cup. I believe that the World Cup brings nations together and I want to prove how it does this in many ways. When the World Cup is on I am watching and keeping up with every game that is played. Every four years I watch the World Cup. The World Cup is a huge thing for all the countries involved. It affects the countries greatly in many ways, especially if the World Cup is being held in their country. I like watching soccer on TV and also playing it myself. I am very dedicated to this sport. This was a topic that I am very interested in, and I know that I will enjoy doing research on this topic.
I believe the World Cup can bring the world together. Whenever some form of negotiation begins you must seek some form of common ground. Soccer happens to be a sport the majority of the world enjoys and can be used as one such basis. Also people at sport events put their differences aside to enjoy a good sports game. Some people on the other hand do not care for sports, but the majority care about some form of sport.
